SERVICE MATTERS
SUPPORTING MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS, FAMILIES, VETERANS, AND THOSE WHO HAVE PAID THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE

Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends (John 15:13)

Nicholas Aaron Madrazo Endearing Service (NAMES)

The NAMES Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to honoring the life and memory of 1LT Nicholas Aaron Madrazo, USMC. He was killed by a roadside bomb along with CPT Jessie Melton (USMC), HM3 Eichmann Strickland (a medic), and an Afghan interpreter on Sept. 9, 2008 in Kapisa Province, Afghanistan. His life ended that day but the influence Nicholas had on so many people has inspired the NAMES Foundation's beginning.

The Vision of the NAMES Foundation is to honor the life of USMC 1LT Nicholas Aaron Madrazo and other men and women of the United States military.

Our Mission is two-fold:

1) To provide moral and material support vital to protecting military personnel currently in harm's way.

2) To support active duty personnel AND Veterans and their families killed or injured in action that have served honorably in any branch of the US military.
